Avoid a Rape Situation - Part 1 - Presence of Mind to Avoid Being a Victim

Any woman who ever finds herself walking alone, for any reason, has probably encountered a situation in which she wishes for some sort of self defence product to protect herself with. Women, who work nights, walk on college campuses, travel, or live alone will inevitably have this experience.

According to many surveys, women who are physically attacked are unprepared, thinking they would never become a victim. They had no idea how to react and often panicked. They might have been in a “safe” location or a nice neighbourhood and mistakenly thought that would be enough to protect them. However, women should be mentally prepared for possible attacks at all times, in all locations. Learn to use a few self defence techniques and you can be prepared for any dangerous situation.

Important things always to be aware during any given time:
Attackers look for the easiest target. They want a victim to look weak or distracted. So, be sure not to wear headphones or read while you’re alone. Always be aware of what’s going on around you so you can be the first one to notice if someone suspicious is approaching you. If you feel someone is approaching you, don’t worry about manners. Be firm and give him an aggressive look that discourages him from choosing you as his victim.

1) Think about what the attacker wants from you. While the Groin Grab is a great method of defence, the attacker might only want your purse. It’s best in cases such as this to give him the purse and let him run away.

2) Learn to trust your gut instincts. It could save you from being attacked or worse. If you feel uneasy or unsure in anyway, it is in your best interest to get away and get help.

3) Walk with confidence. Look up as you walk and stand up straight; pretending as though you have two big panthers on either side of you as you walk may sound silly, but it can help boost confidence. Attackers are more likely to go for those who they think cannot defend themselves.

4) Be sure if you do decide to fight, to do so with all your strength. Obviously the attacker might fight back so ensure you’re giving it all you’ve got.
Understand that your hairstyle could benefit an attacker. Ponytails are the number one style that rapists look for because they are easy to grab and you can be held with them.

5) Never tell the attacker you’ve been trained with self defence. You want to catch him off guard, so don’t threaten him with your knowledge and skill. Just show him what you know!

6) Make eye contact if you are being followed by someone who you think is a potential threat. An attacker may be less likely to strike if they think you will be able to clearly identify them.

7) Rapists do not necessarily look like criminals. The person could look very normal, well groomed, athletic pleasant, young, etc. They might not look evil or like a bad guy. They could be your boss, a teacher, a neighbor, boyfriend, or relative.

5 Tips to Avoid Being a Victim of Sexual Assault
Sexual assault is far too prevalent. Women are attacked every minute of every day. It is important to remember that sexual assaults are not limited to certain types of women, and women do not “invite” assault through their looks or behavior. Women from all walks of life are at risk. Regardless of what a woman looks like or how she behaves, nobody invites an attack. Maintaining your personal safety is crucial. You don’t have to be helpless, however, there are things you can do to protect yourself and avoid being a victim of sexual assault. Here are five ways that you can help prevent being attacked.

1) Always tell someone where you are going, who you will be with, and when you will be expected to return. This is especially important for women who live alone. There’s nothing wrong with going on a blind date or to a party with new friends—just make sure that someone you trust is checking in on you to make sure you arrived safely home. Many women enjoy jogging in the park. While this is a fabulous way to get fit, be sure that someone knows where you are at all times.

2) Be extremely vigilant at all times. Most attacks occur when women are not paying careful attention to their surroundings and are distracted. When shopping, park in a well-lit area. Upon returning to your car, take a look to see if anyone is in the vehicle or nearby. When you get into the car, don’t spend time rummaging through your purse, checking your voice mails or doing other things when the doors are unlocked. This is a common time for an attacker to make his move.

3) If at a party or nightclub, never leave your drink unattended. Date rape drugs can easily be added to your drink without your knowledge, and by the time you realize that you have been drugged, you will be extremely vulnerable.

4) Carry a non-lethal self defence weapon, such as pepper spray or a stun gun. Either of these personal protection items can be purchased easily, and many are disguised to look like other common items (e.g., cell phones, lipstick cases, pens, rings, etc.). Keep your weapon handy anytime you are alone or in a potentially dangerous situation.

5) Carry a cell phone with you in case of emergency. Nearly everyone has a cell phone nowadays, and keeping it handy when walking alone means you can more readily call for help without having to rummage through your purse or pockets. Set your phone to speed dial

Avoid becoming a victim of sexual assault by being prepared and by being aware of your surroundings at all time. Never be afraid to ask for a security escort to your car. Never be worried about being rude when you remove yourself from an uncomfortable situation, either. It is far better to refuse the offer of a drink from a handsome stranger than to become a victim of sexual assault. It is better to be distrustful and remove yourself from a situation then have to regret not doing so later.

Avoid a Rape Situation - Part 2 - Defencive or Attack Techniques

5 Self Defencive Techniques When the Attacker Has a Weapon

Women are far more likely to be the victims of a violent attack than men. In general, women make better targets, for several reasons. Generally, women are smaller and less physically strong than men, and much more easily subdued. Petite women may be even more likely to be assaulted because they may be viewed by an attacker as an even easier mark based on their size.

Being prepared for any situation that may require you to defend yourself is critically important. Here are five ways that a petite woman can protect herself from an attack by a larger man:

1) Take a basic self defence class and learn different ways to protect yourself. Practice the moves you learn, and know the vulnerable spots to aim for. Even a larger man can be temporarily disabled by a swift kick to the groin, a smash to the top of the foot, and elbow to the nose or an eye injury.

2) Understand that if you are attacked, then it means someone intends to harm you. Do not be afraid of defending yourself, even if it means harming someone else. Too often women avoid violence, however, when being violently attacked you must be prepared to fight for your life.

3) Pepper spray is a very swift and effective way to temporarily disable an attacker. There are many different pepper spray products that are designed to be carried in your pocket or purse, and can be kept handy for any emergency situation. Many of the products are designed to be disguised as lipstick containers, pens or other everyday objects. One spray of the burning compound will cause temporary blindness and severe burning of the eyes, skin and mucous membranes, allowing you enough time to escape the situation.

4) Consider carrying other types of self defence products, including a stun gun or personal alarm. Sounding an alarm if someone approaches you aggressively may alert other people nearby and cause the attacker to flee. A stun gun will send an electrical current into your attacker, causing pain and temporary paralysis, which should provide you with adequate time to escape.

5) If you choose to not carry specific products intended for your personal protection (e.g., pepper spray, personal alarms or stun guns), then think about what you already do carry that can pose as a weapon when necessary. Keys between your fingers can be a powerful weapon when you punch an attacker. Even a pen or pencil may work in an emergency, if you are prepared to use it to inflict pain and deflect an attacker.

Often larger men will target smaller women, assuming that they will be an easy victim. The smaller woman may have an advantage if she is prepared with either self defence techniques or products such as pepper spray or stun guns, because any self defence may come as a complete surprise to the attacker. Self defence is paramount to the safety of all women. Avoiding potentially dangerous situations is obviously the best way to protect yourself, however, many women will find themselves in situations requiring protection. Be prepared, and don’t be a victim!

Creative Attack Techniques that can be used during a Rape Situation…

Don't underestimate your abilities. The human body has amazing strength and wit in situations like this. Once the adrenaline gets going, as long as you are not too paralyzed by fear, you'd be surprised what you can do.

1) Psychological attacks: If you are attacked, don’t panic and keep control of your emotions. You can even try to communicate with the attacker and act as if you’re complying. This can manipulate him into thinking he really is in control initially. However, he might become careless so be waiting for him to be off guard, strike him immediately and do the Groin Grab.

2) Sympathy Attacks: Tell your attacker that you are Pregnant. There is a possibility the attacker may feel some sympathy or remorse and may stop the rape.

3) “Testicle Grab” Self Defence Technique: The testicle grab self defence move is one of the main moves taught to women during self defence training. It’s often also called the Groin Grab. The testicle grab refers to a technique where the victim grabs the testicles (not the penis) of their attacker. It’s meant to be used if the victim is already unwillingly in close range of the aggressor. The victim can perform this move if they’re being held frontward or can reach behind if they’re being held backward. It requires very little skill or strength, which makes it a great move to have in the back of your mind at all times. The attacker is immediately in danger when they move close to you, so don’t panic. With this move, you’re in control. The only time you should not use this move is if your attacker is wearing tight jeans. Instead, in cases such as those you should knee his groin, or use your fist on his groin.

4) Groin Attacks: Whenever possible use your knee to deliver a sharp upwards blow, as hard as you can, to a male attackers crotch/groin area to temporarily disable him, allowing you some valuable time to make a quick escape.

5) Aggressive Behaviour Attack: If you don’t panic the surprise attack from the male attacker about to rape and in presence of mind becomes a aggressive girl and act like you wants to dominate the situation. Then this unexpected change in the situation may surprise the attacker and hit him really hard in the mind resulting in him not able to achieve hard erection making him feel disappointed.

6) Giving Hand Job or Blow Job: You should act aggressive with the attacker and try to control the situation and manipulate his mind and make him lose his concentration from his main plan. During this time you continue to give him hand job and if necessary blow job and make him ejaculate, remember post ejaculation and under such tense situation, its difficult for the attacker to regain another erection.

7) Defuse the Erection: The attacker will have his genitalia hard and ready to attack you for rape and that is the movement you have one last option to avoid the rape, she can defuse the erection in few seconds by just one simple technique, all you has to do is press the Penis tip (urethra opening) with her thumb & Index finger for few seconds & the erect penis is defused within few seconds & he will be in a state of shock for the penis becoming flat.

5 Ways to Help a Friend Who Has Been Raped

Any time that someone is a victim of a violent crime such as a rape, they will need plenty of support. If you find out that a friend of yours has been a victim of rape, there are several ways that you can help. Here is a list of five specific suggestions:

1) Be a good listener. More than anything, your friend will need someone to talk to. You should listen without judging or offering any criticism. Your friend will very likely be afraid, anxious, and perhaps even blaming herself for becoming a victim. Be careful about asking for details, your friend will have their own “timetable” for how to reveal difficult information and having to answer too many questions can be stressful. Be extremely cautious about the lines of trust—if your friend has chosen to confide something so personal and so painful in you, then you need to respect that and be willing to help them in the ways that they can accept. Above all else, respect their privacy and confidentiality—it is not your place to share this information with anyone, regardless of the circumstances. Let your friend decide if and when to share this information with their parents, boyfriend or other friends.

2) If the incident has just occurred, strongly encourage your friend to seek medical attention at the hospital. Collecting evidence is extremely time sensitive, and the longer a victim waits, the more difficult it is to gather the evidence necessary for certain legal actions. Offer to give your friend a ride and support them through the extremely invasive and potentially embarrassing or painful medical procedures that may accompany a rape investigation. Even when there are no physical injuries, collecting the physical evidence is important and should occur as soon as possible after the assault.

3) Look into local rape support agencies and rape treatment centers and give your friend the contact information. While you can be a good friend by listening and supporting her, facilitating her while she seeks professional support is important. Some support groups meet in person, others may offer phone support for reluctant victims to get advice and support.

4) Encourage your friend to contact the local police department. This can be a difficult step, and while you should strongly urge your friend to press charges, be understanding that this is extremely scary for her. Not only can the police work toward solving the crime, they can also help assure the victim of their safety and help them with learning personal protection.

5) Understand that moving on after a sexual assault or rape can take a significant amount of time. There is no specific or expected time frame for dealing with the guilt, blame, humiliation, pain and other emotions that follow any attack. Do not force your friend to “move on” according to any time frame other than her own. The pain can last a long time, even forever.

Supporting a friend that has been raped is emotionally draining. Be sure to take care of yourself and seek support when necessary. This could be one of the most difficult things you are called upon to do in the line of any friendship.

Advanced Masturbation Techniques

What defines advanced masturbation, as opposed to beginner masturbation? Because masturbation is all about pleasing yourself, when it comes to evaluating what makes for great masturbation technique you are both the judge and jury.

But hundreds of years of masturbation myths have left many at a loss for ways to spice up their masturbation routine. If you've already covered the basics of masturbation techniques for men and masturbation techniques for women, but feel like you're in a self-love rut, consider these advanced masturbation techniques.

1.       Use Sex Toys for Stimulation and Fantasy
More and more people are getting comfortable introducing sex toys into their sexual routine. And while sex toys aren’t required for great sex, they can help take masturbation to a new level in at least two ways.

Sex toys can enhance masturbation fantasy technique.
More and more people are getting comfortable introducing sex toys into their sexual routine. And while sex toys aren’t required for great sex, they can help take masturbation to a new level in at least two ways:
  1. Because sex toys provide physical stimulation that no human can, the result can be a sexual thrill like none you’ve experienced before.
  2. Sex toys can also add to sexual fantasy with masturbation. If you’re fantasizing about penetrative sex with a partner, using a vibrator, dildo, or anal toy can add to, and make more real, the fantasy element of the masturbation.
Some people assume that the only sex toys good for masturbation are vibrators. They’re missing out! Almost any sex toy can be used by yourself, including:
  • Nipple clamps
  • Dildos
  • Anal toys
  • Penis rings
  • And of course, lubricant
Remember that masturbation is an expression of self love, so spending a little bit of money on a sex toy is a good thing. If you’re confused by all the options, make sure to start with a reputable sex store and ask lots of questions.

2.       Voyeur Self
When you masturbate are your eyes usually closed? Even if you’re someone who likes to read erotic fiction, what adult films, or look at magazines or comics, when you’re nearest to the point of release or orgasm, where are you looking? There’s no research to guide us here, but there are many who don’t take full advantage of the emotional, psychological, and even spiritual possibilities of masturbation.

Watch yourself during masturbation to learn about response & pleasure.
Think back to the last time you masturbated. If you’re sighted, are your eyes usually closed? If you like to read erotic fiction, watch adult films, or look at magazines or comics, when you’re nearest to the point of release or orgasm, where are you looking? For those of us with low or no vision, the question is similar, but where is your attention drawn to?

There’s no research to guide us here, but there are many who don’t take full advantage of the emotional, psychological, and even spiritual possibilities of masturbation. The fastest way to do it, is to start watching yourself.

Next time you masturbate try to have a mirror nearby. If you’re not comfortable looking at your whole body, just have a mirror you can see your face in. Look at yourself in the mirror while you’re masturbating. You don’t have to stare yourself down, but consider it a way of checking in, and discovering masturbation from a new angle The effects can vary:
  1. You may get extra turned on just by seeing yourself all hot and bothered
  2. You may find that seeing yourself helps you tune inward, becoming aware of thoughts and feelings that are floating through your mind and body as you self-pleasure
  3. You may notice things about the way your body moves when you masturbate, that you can play with or accentuate which can change the way masturbation feels
  4. You may feel silly at first, and find yourself criticizing your body
If your reactions fall into that last category, don’t force the mirror exercise. But this technique can be a great way to work on negative body image too. It means you need to go slowly and make a serious effort to stop being self-critical and start telling yourself positive things about yourself.

Another way to take masturbation to a new level is to start masturbating in front of your partner. Starting by watching yourself is always a good idea, and can make it feel less risky when you try to bring masturbation into your partner sex.

3.       Talk Dirty
Carol Queen, author of the highly recommended Exhibitionism for the Shy suggests that the best way to get comfortable with talking dirty is to do it when you masturbate. It can also be an amazing way of spicing up your masturbation, and loosening you up in general.

Talking dirty to yourself while masturbating requires some immersion in sexual fantasy:
  1. Tell yourself a story about a hot sexual encounter you actually had in the past.
  2. Describe (in great detail) a fantasy sexual scenario that you have played out in your mind.
  3. Pretend that you’re telling a partner (real or imagined) what you’re going to do to them sexually.
  4. Or while you’re masturbating, you could imagine you are the other person, telling you what’s going to come next.
There is no limit to the ways you can experiment with sexual role play and masturbation. In fact masturbation can often be the most fertile ground for developing sexual role play scenarios.

4.       Exploring Taboo Fantasy
The fact that masturbation is private and that you are the only person you need to consider when masturbating, means it can be an excellent place to explore the limits of your sexual desires. We live in a culture with strong sexual taboos, which we learn almost invisibly from an early age. While many would never want to have sex that might fall into a cultural taboo category, most of us imagine it at times.

Using masturbation to explore taboo sexual fantasies.

We live in a culture with strong sexual taboos, which we learn almost invisibly from an early age. While many would never want to have sex that might fall into a cultural taboo category, most of us have imagined it at different times.

Masturbation can be a safe place to check out the less socially desirable sexual fantasies you may have, and see if they work for you. Remember that what you fantasize about sexually is not the same thing as what you consensually choose to do in real life. Many sex educators and therapists would say that any sexual fantasy is okay, providing that you don’t carry out sexual behaviors that are harmful to yourself or others.

So don’t just let your mind wander to the familiar scenarios while you masturbate, try and push your mental powers a bit (using sex toys and dirty talk can definitely help) and shine a light on the corners of your sexual fantasies that you might never share with others.

Finding your sexual limits can be a very healthy part of our ongoing sexual development. Knowing where your limits are is one of the best ways of knowing where you want to go in real life sexual situations. It can also help you communicate with partners about what is and isn’t okay for you in a sexual scenario.

5.       Trying New Masturbation Sex Positions
Betty Dodson, considered by many to be the Grandmother of Masturbation, often writes about the way we hold our bodies when we masturbate. Many of us keep very stiff (no pun intended) and still when we masturbate, and only relax once we have climaxed. In her books and videos, Dodson highlights the importance of moving while you masturbate.

Getting creative with masturbation sex positions.
Great sex positions are ones that are comfortable, let you do what you want (by yourself or with partners), and don't take away from your experience of sexual pleasure.

One aspect of this is the physical position we put our body in when we masturbate. Because masturbation is often considered purely for its functional benefits (rather than an expression of love or lust or creativity) most people don’t think about variations on sexual positions for masturbation. There are thousands of variations, but here are some basic ideas to spark your imagination.

1.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION - STRETCH AND RELAX:
This position is the antidote for those who tense up and never move during masturbation. Before you begin, lie on your back, and stretch your arms and legs out as far as possible, making your body into an “X” shape. Try to hold the stretch for ten seconds. Do this a few times before you begin masturbating. As you masturbate try to keep your body stretched out as much as is comfortable, think about it as if you are trying to take up as much space on the bed as you can.

2.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION – KNEES BENT/HIPS OPEN:
This is a classic position for masturbation. Lie on your back with your feet on your floor and knees bent. Focus on how your hips feel, and the different kinds of hip movements that are comfortable and possible in this position. A variation of this position is to bring your knees close to your chest. This position is all about rocking your hips and opening them up to the energy that is created as you masturbate.

3.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION - ON YOUR KNEES:
This may seem like an odd position but that is partly the point. Find a comfortable position on your knees, with a pillow underneath them. Try it with your body upright, as if standing on your knees. Be on your knees but leaning back resting on your calves You can even try to masturbate while on your hands and knees (although you’ll probably have at least one hand occupied, so be careful with your balance). The point is to see how masturbation and orgasm feels, in these different positions.

4.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION - HEELS OVER HEAD:
Not everyone will be flexible enough for this masturbation sex position, but you can experiment with variations that will work for you. Lie on your back and bring your legs up so that they are pointing to your head. You can keep your legs together or spread them apart, you can bend your knees or keep them straight. In this position you have access not just to your genitals but also your sides, your behind, and your legs. Put a pillow under your hips

5.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION – HALF ON/HALF OFF:
This position is designed to get you playing with gravity. In this position you want to have part of your body on a flat surface (like a bed or the floor) and another part of your body at a different level. So you might lie on your back near a wall with your legs up on the wall. Or try lying on your stomach at the edge of the bed with your waist and legs off the bed. Or masturbate while sitting up completely straight, so that your upper torso is sitting up and your lower body is lying flat.

6.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION – DANCING ON THE WALLS
Lie on your back either on bed or the floor, but right by a wall. Position your waist so that your bum is right by the wall, and raise your legs going straight up the wall (it’s like that “bicycle” exercise position). A variation of this is to keep your bum slightly away from the wall and put your feet flat against the wall with your knees bent (so that when you push with your feet you are moving your body away from the wall). This position is another good one for exploring hip movements, and you can experiment with pushing against the wall with your feet as you masturbate.

7.       MASTURBATION SEX POSITION - ALL CURLED UP & NOWHERE TO GO
This position for masturbation is about drawing your body in on itself. You can curl up on your side, on your back, or on your hands and knees. In each position your genitals are still exposed and it’s easiest to use a sex toy for masturbating in these positions. You may not notice much while masturbating in this position, but once you’ve finished, stretch out, and pay close attention to how your body feels.

How To Masturbation for Women

Masturbation is considered by many to be the cornerstone of sexual health. Because you get to do it by yourself, on your own terms, it’s probably the best way to learn what turns you on. Women are raised with little information about their genitals, and sex, including masturbation doesn’t come naturally for everyone. Some women orgasm from clitoral stimulation, others enjoy vaginal penetration or G spot stimulation. Remember, there’s no wrong way to masturbate; everyone is different! Below you'll find some tips on how to masturbate for women.

Time Required: 30 minutes to several hours

Here's How:

1.       GET YOURSELF IN THE MOOD FOR MASTURBATION.
Relax as much as you can.Take a warm bath or have a glass of wine. Ensure your privacy: turn off the phone, lock the door, send the kids to a neighbor's. Find a comfy position. Most women start out lying on their backs, legs bent and spread apart, with feet on the ground. Remove most or all of your clothing.

2.       FANTASIZE FOR MASTURBATION.
Recall an exciting past sexual encounter or elaborate on a favorite sexual fantasy. If you need a boost, look at a sexy magazine, read an erotic story, or watch an adult video. Allow your mind to explore any images--anything goes as long as it heightens your excitement.

3.       EXPLORE ALL PARTS OF YOUR BODY.
Run your hands along parts of your body, lingering along areas that are more responsive to touch than others. Look at your genitals in a mirror (especially if you're unfamiliar with them) and caress the different parts to see what feels especially good. Find and touch your inner and outer labia, your clitoris, your vagina and your perineum.

4.       TOUCH YOURSELF.
Using one or two fingers, rhythmically stroke the different parts of your vulva, paying particular attention to your clitoris and labia. Experiment with different types of pressure, speed and motion. Try placing a finger on either side of the clitoris and stroking up and down, or placing two fingers on the clitoral hood and rubbing in a circular motion.

5.       EXPERIMENT.
Try different types of touch: stroke, tickle, knead, pinch, or lightly pull your genitals. Try using one or several fingers, the palm of your hand, even your knuckles.

6.       BUILD UP EXCITEMENT.
Learn to hold onto sexual excitement by building up and then reducing or temporarily stopping the stimulation. Pay attention to how your body is responding. It will tell you the particular stroke that feels best and when to pick up or slow down the tempo.

7.       BREATHE AND ROCK.
Breathe deeply rather than hold your breath. This helps release the sexual energy, rather than fight it. Rock your pelvis as you would during intercourse. Rhythmically clench and release your PC muscle (using a dildo for vaginal penetration can help).

8.       GETTING OVER THE TOP.
If your hand gets tired, give yourself a rest, switch hands, or try a vibrator. If you're on the brink of orgasm, but can't quite get over the hump, try altering you’re breathing, or focusing on a really hot fantasy. Give yourself extra stimulation: caress your nipples, or try also thrusting your other fingers or a dildo in and out of your vagina.

9.       RIDE THE WAVE.
As you begin to orgasm, continue the stimulation through the orgasm. Lighten up on the stimulation during the first extremely sensitive moments but keep it going to enjoy those little pleasurable aftershocks. Your first orgasm may feel like a blip or a blast, but the more you practice, the more variety you will experience.

10.   PRACTICE MAKES FOR PERFECT MASTURBATION.
Don't worry if you don't come on your first try, keep practicing, or try some of the variations below.

Tips:
  • Vibrators take some of the manual labor out of masturbation by providing direct, intense physical stimulation to the clitoris.
  • Water helps many women learn to masturbate. Lie back with legs spread in a bath with a shower hose and direct the stream of water at your clitoris. Vary the pressure, the pulsation, and the temperature. Alternate methods: slide your butt over the drain so your legs are up in the air and your genitals are up under the tub faucet (rather awkward but do-able), or use Jacuzzi jets.
  • Rub against something--a pillow, the corner of some furniture, a dildo.
  • Dildos can be a pleasurable accompaniment to clitoral masturbation, as they offer the fullness of penetration and can also stimulate the G-Spot

    How To Masturbation for Men

Masturbation is considered by many to be the cornerstone of sexual health. Most men believe that they already know everything about their own genitals and sexual response. It’s all out there, boys will be boys, etc. But just because you know how your tools work, doesn’t mean you can build the Eiffel Tower. In fact most men experience a fraction of their full erotic and orgasmic potential. Read on for simple and fun tips on how to masturbate for men.

Time Required: Male masturbation doesn't have to always be a "quick affair". Take your time and enjoy.

    Here's How:

    1.       MAKE TIME FOR MORE THAN A QUICKIE.
Most guys first learn to masturbate in secret and furtive ways. They do it quickly and need to figure out what to do with the evidence afterward. This can create a powerful pattern of masturbating quickly, without paying attention to where your sexual arousal can take you. To start exploring something different, make sure you have some extended time and privacy for yourself, where you aren’t trying to finish quick before someone interrupts.

    2.  TURN OFF THE PORN (JUST FOR A WHILE) & TUNE INTO YOUR BODY.
Not everyone likes porn, but a lot of guys do, and while porn can be great, it also takes you out of your body a bit with the fantasy. This can distract you from what’s actually happening in your body. You don’t need to throw the porn away, but for a few times, masturbate without porn, and objectify yourself for a change!

    3.       DO A…DRY…RUN THROUGH.
Bad pun aside, it’s a good idea to try the above suggestions, and then just masturbate as you normally would. As you do this pay attention:
    • Changes in your breathing: Does it become shallow and quick, slower and deeper?
    • Changes in your body: is there tension in some places, and relaxation in others? Is this the same every time you masturbate?
    • How does it feel just before you have an orgasm?
    • How does it feel as you orgasm, and immediately post-orgasm?

    4.       TIME TO SWITCH IT UP.
Men learn early in their lives the most effective way to get themselves off. And most never waver from the utilitarian approach to self love. But sex is less like a well oiled machine, and more like a chaotic food fair, where there is an endless selection of ways to satisfy your appetites. So it’s time to throw a wrench in the works and shake up your routine. Try any combination of the following suggestions:

    5.       DOES YOUR LEFT HAND KNOW WHAT YOUR RIGHT HAND IS DOING?
Do you always use the same one hand to masturbate? Most guys do. If you’re among them, start with the simple tip of switching hands. It can feel strange at first, the rhythm might be off, it’s almost like sex with someone new for the first time. Enjoy the newness, and see if a new hand can teach an old hand some tricks.

    6.       EXPERIMENT WITH POSITIONS.
If you aren’t an experimental type, it’s time to start. If you’re used to masturbating lying down on your back, try sitting up. If you normally sit in a chair, try standing, or kneeling. As with all these changes, this might feel ridiculous at first, and you’ll probably go back to old faithful, but see what masturbation feels like in different positions, and notice if it brings with it any new sensations.

    7.       GET YOUR HIPS MOVING.
The way your body moves when you masturbate is probably very different from the way it moves when you’re having sex with someone else. Many men don’t move at all when they masturbate. Try to move your hips when you masturbate, simulating the thrusting of intercourse. Notice how moving your hips in different ways can bring you closer to, and at times take you farther away from, the point of orgasm.

    8.       USE DIFFERENT HAND STROKES.
Most men learn early on that a vigorous stroke does the trick. This intense up and down stimulation usually ends in a good orgasm. But there are dozens of other strokes that each bring with them different sensations, and different orgasms. Roll your penis in between your hands, moving your hands up and down your shaft. Try using long twisting strokes instead of just up and down. Experiment with different movements, pressures, and speeds.

    9.       EXPLORE YOUR SHAFT.
While most of the nerve endings on the penis are at the head, and specifically the frenulum, many men will have spots on their shaft that are unusually sensitive. Try putting one hand at the base of your penis and press it towards your body while experimenting with different hand strokes along the shaft of your penis. Treat this like a treasure hunt, and try to feel the difference between one side and the other, between stimulation near the base and up near the tip.

    10.   REACH AROUND, YOURSELF.
For many men the balls (testicles) are a very sensitive area that responds well to feelings of touch and pressure. Take your forefinger and thumb and make them in a circle at the top of your scrotum. Gently tug on your scrotum as your masturbating. This is both a way to prevent you from ejaculating and a way to extend sexual feelings in your body. Experiment with other kinds of touch including tickling, scratching, and rubbing.

    11.   CHECK OUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
While the penis and scrotum tend to be the epicenter of masturbatory attention, if you’re looking to open things up a bit, be sure to take a tour of some other nearby areas. The perineum, the area between the scrotum and anus, is very sensitive to pressure and massage, and rubbing it provides external prostate stimulation. Speaking of which, don’t be afraid to explore the anus, both externally and by using a finger for penetration.

    12.   BRING IT ALL TOGETHER.
Not everything you try is going to do it for you, but the idea behind the above tips is to try lots of different things, and then incorporate whatever you like into the ways you regularly masturbate. Maybe it’s a different stroke, or position, or breathing technique. Obviously there is no one, correct way to masturbate, and even if you’ve got something that works for you, consider the fact that there could be more out there if you experiment with it.

    Tips:
    • Another myth about male masturbation is that you shouldn’t use anything other than you hand. While your hand might be doing the trick, adding some accessories can make the stimulation even more intense, and inspire more creativity with yourself, and with partners.
    • Get a good quality personal lubricant . If it’s only for masturbation you can use something that’s oil based without worrying about condom compatibility. Oil based products are better because they won’t dry up.
    • Add a sex toy into the mix. It might be a vibrator, a dildo, or a cock ring (if you’ve never tried one I recommend trying one on your own before you use it with a partner). Sex toys can add a completely new kind of stimulation, and accentuate the manual stimulation your doing.
